What is a Special delivery Instruction

Courier deliveries happen 9am-5pm Monday to Friday, if nobody is available to sign for the delivery you can give your authority to leave the parcel without a signature (ATL).

Please fill out the "special delivery instructions" in the notes field at the bottom of the checkout page (Max 50 characters). The courier will leave your parcel on the premises wherever he is instructed.

(ATL) Authorisations will absolve of any responsibility for stolen or lost deliveries.

Cancellation Policy

Orders may be cancelled providing your order has not been despatched and is not the subject of a special purchase item or order in request.

You are advised to quickly as on-line our order process is electronic.

Once your order has been despatched from the Warehouse it cannot be cancelled.

If you wish to return a despatched order contact and request a product return authorisation.


A back-order notification occurs when you:
1) Purchase a quantity greater than available in stock
2) Purchase a product with a tag "eta date" or "by order only" or "check stock availability"
3) Purchase a product recently "sold out" and the website stock has not been updated

Please contact us immediately to discuss your backorder options, you may wish to maintain your back-order order and await the suppliers estimated back-order date or you may cancel the order in whole or in part and receive a full or partial refund, there may be additional shipping costs if you request a partial shipment of your back-order.

Your delivery

Please ensure that delivery information you provide is correct, if you do not provide accurate delivery details we will not be able to deliver your order. Orders you place on this website are directed to the warehouse electronically for processing each day, once your order has been despatched from the Warehouse it cannot be cancelled, a consignment note is auto generated on despatch and tracking information sent to the email address recorded in your checkout information.

The majority of our orders are usually delivered "next business day", please note that some remote country destinations may take a little longer.

If you do not respond to a "Fail to Deliver" notification and your order is returned to our warehouse as a "failed Delivery", additional re-delivery charges may apply.

Please print out a copy of your Tax invoice or note your invoice number, you will require this information to make any future enquiries concerning your order.
